  • Olive Oil:

    • Oliveda I56 Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Incredible quality and flavor for dressings and finishing.

There are lots of great better-for-you companies now, but sharing some of the brands I trust for a gluten-free, nutrient-dense kitchen.

  • Jovial Foods – My favorite brown rice pasta. It’s artisan-crafted in Italy and certified glyphosate-free, which is a huge win for gut health.

  • Simple Mills – I always have their almond flour crackers and simple baking mixes on hand. They use clean, functional ingredients without any fluff.

  • Primal Kitchen – A staple for avocado oil-based mayo, dressings, and marinades. They are the gold standard for avoiding inflammatory seed oils.

  • Rao’s Homemade – Simply the best "no sugar added" tomato sauce you can find at the store. The flavor is incredible and the ingredients are exactly what they should be.

  • Chomps – The perfect high-protein snack for on-the-go. These are grass-fed beef sticks with no added sugar or hidden "natural flavors."

  • One Degree Organics – I love their sprouted oats. Sprouting makes the nutrients more bioavailable and much easier on digestion.

  • The Good Crisp Company – Think of these as a much better alternative to Pringles. They are gluten-free and made without the junk.

  • Siete Foods – Truly, I love anything this brand makes. Their taco seasonings are clean and their chips are fried in avocado oil, not seed oils.

  • Cocojune & Culina – These are my favorite dairy-free coconut yogurts. They are thick, creamy, and fermented with high-quality probiotics.

  • Humm Kombucha & JuneShine – For a fizzy treat, these are top-tier. Humm has some of the lowest sugar content I’ve found, and JuneShine is a great organic, transparent option.

  • Malk – This is as close to homemade nut milk as you can get. It’s just nuts, water, and salt—no fillers or synthetic vitamins.

  • Califia Farms (Organic Line) – When buying Califia, I specifically choose their Organic 3-Ingredient option. It’s made without any extra gums, oils, or additives.

Smart Grocery + Savings

  • Thrive Market – My favorite "online grocery store" for gluten-free staples at a significant discount. It’s my go-to for finding all our specialty snacks and pantry essentials in one place.

  • Vitacost – An incredible resource for healthy pantry items. They run constant sales and offer amazing coupons that often beat local grocery store prices. I always use this in tandem with Rakuten to stack my savings with extra cash back.

  • Rakuten - If you aren't using this for your online shopping yet, this is your sign to start! It’s a simple browser extension that gives you automatic cash back at thousands of stores (including Vitacost and Quince).

Healthy Home

  • Branch Basics – My favorite non-toxic cleaning concentrate for the entire home. One bottle of concentrate replaces almost every cleaner under your sink!

  • Truly Free – Non-toxic laundry and home cleaning refills that focus on minimal waste. Their Enzyme Stick is a total game-changer for stains—it truly works.

  • Molly’s Suds – Another fantastic non-toxic laundry alternative. I especially love their Oxygen Booster for brightening and their Sport Detergent for tough odors.
