Hi! I'm Michelle Berry, NTP

As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), I help you get to the root cause of your health concerns using food and lifestyle strategies that support the body’s natural ability to heal. We won't be chasing symptoms or quick fixes. I look at the big picture and go back to the foundations of wellness — digestion, diet, blood sugar regulation, sleep, and stress. Together, we will create a simple, personalized plan that restores balance so you can feel like YOU again. This is root-cause wellness made simple — so you can feel better, have more energy, and enjoy life again.
