Welcome to Michelle Berry Wellness, where I am dedicated to helping you achieve optimal health through nutrition. My focus is on addressing health concerns by balancing the foundations of digestion, sleep, stress, a nutrient-dense diet, and blood sugar regulation. I believe in the power of personalized nutritional therapy to support your wellness journey.  Together, we'll explore what can happen when you listen to your body and bring the foundations back into balance.  Not only will you feel better; you will thrive!

I am committed to meeting you where you are at and empowering you with the knowledge and tools to make sustainable, positive changes to your diet and lifestyle. My mission is to support you in achieving your health goals and experiencing the profound impact of balanced nutrition on your well-being.

My Story

In my mid-twenties, I found myself completely burnt out. I was overworked, exhausted, and constantly running on empty — wondering where my energy had gone. Around that time, my mom began exploring more natural approaches to wellness, which sparked my own curiosity. Not long after, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s, an autoimmune thyroid condition. Instead of turning to medication right away, I worked with my first functional medicine provider and focused on supporting my body through lifestyle and dietary changes. I moved to a gluten-free diet, began flipping through paleo cookbooks and embarked on my first gut reset. For the first time, I began to truly understand the power of food and the body’s ability to heal when given the right support.

A couple years later, when I was pregnant with my daughter, my focus from just eating a cleaner diet now encompassed learning about the products I was going to start using on her and myself. I began reading labels, making organic baby food, and educating myself on how to choose safer products. That desire to create a healthier home for my family led me to join Beautycounter, one of the original clean beauty brands, where I began educating friends and family about safer products and reducing toxic exposure.

During this same time, I had been struggling with chronic eczema for years. I was tired of creams that didn't work. I wanted to know WHY I was still struggling. My own health challenges — paired with a growing interest in helping others feel their best — eventually led me to the Nutritional Therapy Association (NTA). That’s when everything clicked. Instead of chasing symptoms or relying on quick fixes, I learned to look deeper to uncover the root cause and rebuild health through the foundations of nutrition, digestion, blood sugar balance, sleep and stress. Amazing things can happen when we make simple shifts to support the foundations of wellness.

Now, I’m passionate about helping others do the same — to move beyond the overwhelm, reconnect with their bodies, and feel vibrant again.

About Me

I grew up in a small mountain town but now call California’s East Bay home. I'm a mom of two, married my best friend, love family time, cooking and baking gluten-free treats, and jump at opportunity to craft. I’m a total homebody, but I’ll never turn down a cozy get-together with friends and family.

A few of my favorite things: my Peloton rides, long walks, making gluten-free sourdough from my starter "Grateful Bread", trips to Hanalei Bay, volunteering at my kid's school, and live music in small venues.
